1. About Star Collection
Star Collection is a premium streetwear brand founded in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. We operate under a limited drop model with no restock. Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility
To make a purchase you must:

  • Be 16 years or older, or have legal guardian authorization
  • Provide truthful and complete information when ordering
  • Have a valid payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery)

3. Prices & Payments
All prices are in Dominican Pesos (DOP) and include the product cost. Shipping is charged separately (RD$150 per order). We accept:

  • PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Amex — no PayPal account required)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prices may change between drops without prior notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Product Availability
Star Collection operates under a limited stock, no-restock model. Once a product sells out, it will not be restocked. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability until payment is successfully processed.

5. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once payment has been processed. This confirmation constitutes the purchase agreement between you and Star Collection.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order, provided it has not been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via Instagram or WhatsApp.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Star Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address provided by the customer, or force majeure situations.

8. Returns & Refunds
Return conditions are detailed in our Return Policy. Star Collection does not issue cash refunds. In approved cases, a product replacement or store credit will be offered.

9. Intellectual Property
All Star Collection content — including name, logo, designs, photographs, and text — is the exclusive property of Star Collection and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Acceptable Use
By using our store, you agree not to:

  • Use the store for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Provide false or misleading information during checkout
  • Resell Star Collection products without prior written authorization

11. Limitation of Liability
Star Collection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Modifications
Star Collection reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the store after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago de los Caballeros.
